• Orders BELOW $75, we charge a 10% fee for shipping across Canada
• Orders OVER $75, it's free shipping across Canada. We currently only ship within Canada but you can contact us to make arrangements if you want us to ship in another country
• Handling Fees: There is a fixed handling fee for artworks & sculptures only. We want to make sure they arrive safely at their destination. Since shipping those require extra steps in the delivery process, we unfortunately can't offer the free shipping policy on those items. The fee varies on the product size & weight. Contact us prior to your purchase if you have any questions.
• We currently only ship within Canada but you can contact us to make arrangements if you want us to ship in another country.
• No, there are no taxes charged in-store & online
• We want you to purchase your original Canadian Artwork(s) & Product(s) knowing you will be fully satisfied.
• We pride ourselves on providing the best customer experience by offering quality artwork(s)/Product(s) and services with a no-argument guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will completely refund your order.
• In the event that you wish to return your purchase, simply notify The Acorn Studio within ten (10) days from the receipt of the Work(s) of Art by e-mail to email@example.com of any intended return. You may return any Work(s) of Art & Products(s) acquired for a complete refund, provided that:
•• The Work(s) of Art shall be returned in same condition received and within ten (10) days from the date of notification of such return.
•• You are responsible for shipping the artwork back to The Acorn Studio, and for the costs associated with that shipment. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
• Yes, we offer free delivery to a few towns around the Greater Moncton region. This option will appear once you checkout and entered your postal code.

• Yes, simply make an order online (or over the phone if you prefer), choose the option ''" I'll pick it myself" while checking out and pick a date & time.
• Once you arrive, you can either come to the door or call us and we will bring your items to your car.

• We use paypal & square services to collect payments. If you do not have a credit card, we can take order over the phone.
