STEP 1

INQUIRY

Simply fill & send us a message from the form above! Include in your message is when you would need the gifts to be ready as well as where they would be going and the number of gifts you would need. Feel free to add more details if you have specific requirements.

STEP 2

COMMUNICATION

We will then get in touch with you to let you know if we are able to work with you and send you a bit more information. You’ll get to understand if we are the right fit for you and if we are, decide how to proceed. Feel free to continue the conversation by email or over the phone at this point (free of charge!)

STEP 3

QUESTIONNAIRE

At this point, we are happy to work with you in creating the gifts. We will ask you more in depth, but simple to answer questions for us to understand exactly what you are envisioning.

STEP 4

THE DESIGN

We will then proceed in coming up with a few designs to show you. We can also source items not yet available in our store, so feel free to send us suggestions. You’ll get a few options with pictures (when possible) so you can see your vision come to life.

STEP 5

ASSEMBLY & DELIVERY

After you’ve chosen your best option, we will start assembling them. No need of your help at this point since we take care of shipping them for you anywhere in the world. We hope that that the ones receiving them will have a big smile on their faces, knowing it came from you!
