CAN I PICKUP MY ORDER(S) LOCALLY?
Well of course! While checking out, you can use the “I’ll pick it up myself” option and choose the date and time best for you. At the moment, we only have a pickup zone at Corb Crib on Mountain Road in Moncton.
We also offer FREE delivery around the Greater Moncton area. While checking out, the option will be offered to you after you’ve entered your full address.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET AN ORDER?
It depends on the time of the year, but usually it will take us 1-5 business days to get your order ready to be shipped or delivered. We ship from Moncton in NB so typically, orders should arrive within 7 days, but that can vary depending on the postal service we use.
Our system will send you an automatic email when we are either processing or have shipped your order. Same thing for local deliveries.
WHICH COMPANY DO YOU USE FOR SHIPPING?
We usually use Canada Post to ship all of our orders, which are all Expedited Parcel.
CAN I GET A CUSTOMIZED ORDER?
Of course! We can customize pretty much anything, whether you would like a personal message included in the order, or switch out/add some products in our pre-made gift boxes. Feel free to message us if you are not sure.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF CANADA AND USA?
We do, but this requires us to get you a special shipping estimate. We can’t guarantee anything on those orders as the rules are so volatile with local carriers. From experience, it can become pricey real quick so expect something a little bit more than you are used to within Canada or USA.
DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM CORPORATE, BUSINESS OR CLIENT GIFTS?
Absolutely! We have worked with a few local companies to create special custom boxes and gifts either for their clients, employees or events (even for contests!). There’s no limit in the amount, contact us to get a free estimate.
HOW BIG ARE YOUR BOXES?
Our gift boxes (as well as regular parcel boxes) are 10 x 10 x 4 inches, but we can get specific sizes depending on your requirements.

We are always happy to discover the newest gems! You can simply use our contact form to reach us anytime. Do keep in mind that if we agree on a consignment contract (and not wholesale), we need to have the products/artworks on hand with us as it’s easier to ship and manage if it does sell.
